Hodgeman County Sheriff's Office is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Dispatcher. This position is a full-time position.. Dispatchers play a huge role in the day-to-day Sheriff's Office operations. Dispatchers answer all emergency and non-emergency phone calls. Dispatchers dispatch Sheriff's Officers, Fire, and EMS to calls. Dispatchers also conduct day to day inmate activity.
__18 years of age
__High School Graduate or equivalent
__No felony, domestic violence, or serious misdemeanor convictions
__Must be able to pass NCIC school within 6 months of employment.
__Must be able to work nights, shift work, weekends and holidays.
Must be able to type and use a computer.
Pay range is $11.25 - $12 an hour, depending on qualifications.
Hodgeman County offers paid single and family health insurance. Paid vacation, sick leave, and holiday pay. KPERS retirement s also offered to full time employees.
